Your appointments are not just reservations; they are a valuable resource that could be used by other individuals seeking our services.

Appointment Changes:

Should you need to modify your appointment, reschedule, or cancel it, we kindly request that you notify us 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This advance notice enables us to accommodate the needs of other patients.

No-Show Policy:

A "No Show" is failing to appear for a scheduled appointment. In the event of a no-show, you will be responsible for the full price of the booked treatment, which is non-refundable.

Credit Card Requirement:

A valid credit card is required To secure your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment or fail to attend, a charge will be applied to your credit card. Please keep your credit card updated in our system. If you do not keep your card up to date, your appointment will be cancelled. 

Deposit Requirement:

If you are unable to provide credit card information, a $75 deposit is necessary to reserve your appointment. Deposits must be sent via e-transfer to Jodie@skindivaregina.com and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment. E-transfer payments must be made at the time of booking, or else your appointment will be automatically cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Complimentary Appointments - fees for no-shows:

We offer complimentary consultations and follow-up appointments because we value your time and trust in our services. However, our service providers' time is valuable, and a fee will apply in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation for these services.

Punctuality:

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Punctuality ensures that you receive the full scheduled time for your treatment. If you arrive 15 minutes or later, we may ask you to reschedule, and in such cases, applicable non-refundable fees may apply.
